Our Team of professionals
Corbett Restaurant Group was founded in 2006 by Todd Corbett Smith, a restaurant industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Todd started his career as a restaurant manager and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a restaurant broker and advisor. Todd has a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it.

With over $500,000,000 in sales revenue and over 700 transactions in restaurant sales and retail leasing, Todd Smith works with companies and institutions ranging from Independent Operators to Regional & National Chains. Expertise in the Industry with a deeply rooted network of Operators, Chefs and Food & Beverage Professionals in the Greater Boston Area. Keen understanding of the Food & Beverage business.
Our Brokers
The Corbett team has been carefully assembled to include over 10 specialized and qualified Brokers with over 60 years of restaurant industry experience and commercial real estate working over multiple states. The Brokers are strategically located in New England, California, New York & Florida to allow for complete and thorough service coverage.
Our Support Staff
