Inspired by travels in Italy, Spain, and France, she pioneered the farm-to-table movement at home, successfully launching and operating multiple restaurants from Jamaica Plain and Cambridge to Provincetown.

Now, with over 30 years in the food industry, Kranyak brings her expertise to Corbett Restaurant Group as a business broker, dedicated to driving success for her clients. With deep market knowledge, she expertly brokers deals that are both profitable and sustainable—fostering commercial vitality while strengthening unique neighborhood communities.

Bronwyn Wiechmann is a broker at Corbett Restaurant Brands, specializing in independent and chef-driven restaurants. With 20 years of experience running her own Boston restaurants, she has earned recognition from Food Network, The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and many others.

For over a decade, she owned and operated the fine dining Cambridge classic TW Food, helping introduce the city to farm-to-table dining. Today, her restaurants—Bronwyn Somerville and Bronwyn Vermont—are well-established and beloved German dining destinations.

With a deep understanding of Boston and its surrounding neighborhoods, along with firsthand knowledge of the challenges of running a successful restaurant, Bronwyn brings invaluable expertise to every client she works with.
