With a commercial real estate career spanning over 2 decades, Charles Smith brings a wealth of experience to the Corbett team.  Having worked with Corbett over the past decade, he specializes in complex commercial real estate transactions, representing both landlords and tenants.   He has leased millions of square feet of retail for national chains and has represented prominent clients including the owner of the Chicago Cubs, whom he assisted in the development of several high-end international restaurant concepts.  This work included cross-border consultations with architects, designers and government agencies, including the  Edmonton Economic Development Corporation in Canada.  Charles played a pivotal role in the acquisition and successful on-time launch of the restaurant chain.
